Byamugisha Timothy is boy aged 8 years with a tragic early childhood whereby his mother died while giving birth to him. On hearing the bad news, his father fainted and died leaving him in the hands of the hospital personnel who were stranded.
This led to the eventual coming to orphanage. Timothy is a curious boy with a zeal to learn new things. He also loves soccer where his best team is Manchester United in the UK.

Dominic is male aged 8 years. He was thrown into a garbage pit together with his twin sister. They were rescued by a good Samaritan who found them wrapped in polythene bags but by God’s grace, they didn’t die. They were later introduced to the orphanage.
Dominic has been able to get a chance of education and he also has a passion for reading and football.

Barbra is 7years of age, she joined the orphanage after her dad died and followed the mother who had died before in a fatal accident.

Rita is a double orphan who lost both dad and mum. She was left with the grandmother in Oyam, who couldn’t take care of her due to an extended family with no defined source of income. She came to the orphanage through our coordinators in Oyam.

Desire Akankwatsa is a female aged 8 years. Desire was placed at the orphanage fence with details of her parents saying that both of her parents had succumbed to the HIV/AIDS scourge. No parent was able and willing to take care of the child.
Desire is a nice girl who likes making friends and also caring. She also likes giving a helping hand to her friends in addition to reading comics.
